Keeping the vision…
The main priority at Victory School of Hope is continuing their vision and mission to provide facilities for children in the Blacksand’s community to access education and climb out of the cycle of poverty. To achieve this, they are keeping the school community involved and inspired to have an impact on the future academic and project development of the school.
Highlights of past 4 months…
- Their working relationship with teachers and especially with the principal is excellent.
- They are seeing positive changes in the students’ behaviour with an increasing desire to learn.
- More repairs completed within the campus.
Challenges…
- Finding the right staff is always a challenge in any school.
- Lack of materials slows down the repairs and development.
- They need a science laboratory to improve their education facilities.
