EMV in demand…
The current vehicle is contracted for a month by Kakira Sugar Limited, Uganda’s leading producer of sugar supporting over 150,000 Ugandans. A high percentage of their employees live on site with a regular demand for the use of a fully equipped ambulance. The company is in discussions to extend the contract. Other large companies are also interested in leasing a vehicle, generating demand for a second vehicle.
The acquisition of a second ambulance vehicle requiring panel beating and refabrication should be ready by end of May 2026.
Support vehicle…
They have acquired a four-wheel drive utility vehicle as a support vehicle for the ERVs and is also being refabricated, and panel beaten. It will be ready for use by mid-April 2026.
