So Close — Let’s Finish This Together…
Because of the generosity shown so far, something truly meaningful is taking shape in rural Kenya. What began as a vision is now a partially completed building—already making a difference and supporting a local primary school that has faithfully operating since 2011.
It’s a beautiful model: a sustainable project that helps fund education, meals, and care for 180 students. The school continues to operate, but often at the cost of slowing the completion of the income-generating building. Finishing this project will bring balance and sustainability—freeing the school to thrive.
Why This Matters…
With just a little more support, this building can become a fully functioning, long-term income source—covering the school’s ongoing costs and strengthening the entire community.
What has been completed?…
- Five Bedsitters are complete, powered, approved, and already rented
- The shell for 7 shops and 3 apartments is finished.
What remains is the final fit-out:
- 3 one-bedroom apartments
- 7 small retail shops
Once complete, these will provide reliable rental income to support the school for years to come.
The Opportunity
The remaining costs are modest compared to the long-term impact:
- $14,000 AUD – fit out one apartment
- $15,000 AUD – fit out one shop
- $42,000 AUD – complete all apartments
- $105,000 AUD – complete all shops
- $147,000 AUD – complete the entire project
The Impact

- Daily meals (porridge and lunch) for 180 students
