Life amidst war…
For the people of Ukraine, life continues with the war raging in the east. The bombing and destruction of residential areas leaving many without warmth and shelter during their winter. People risk their lives daily to provide food and warmth to those fighting or living in areas impacted by the war.
Men from all areas of Ukraine are fighting and defending their country in extreme conditions leaving their wives and families to fend for themselves as best they can…often living in poor conditions unable to fix issues around their buildings. Our contacts are hoping to start a much-needed ministry helping the wives and families with maintenance issues while their men are serving.
Children’s programs continue…
At the Anchor Day Center, education programs and summer camps continue to grow, bringing normality and fun into the children’s lives.
