Financial Management Strategies…
Due to increased costs and decreased funds raised, P4K have made strategic changes to their management of the education facilities, sponsorship for higher education and kindergartens.
Education Facilities…
They are considering converting their education facilities to “Government Assisted Schools” where the Government pay all staff salaries and have an interest in the operation of the school. This allows the Government to install one Deputy Headmaster/mistress and nominate one to two members on the School Board. This structure works well in existing Catholic and Church of England schools. This would also help with succession planning for Fr Themi.
Sponsorship for Higher Education…
P4K offer every child financial support for education, either at their facilities or other local facilities. With less funds received, they now have to means-test all the parents and help accordingly.
Kindergartens…
They have two purpose-built Kindergartens and two makeshift Kindergartens. P4K are now charging a minute fee to provide income to manage these facilities.
FIFA & Sports Club…
The Sports club is making positive impacts in the sporting, but corruption and drug use by the sports players and staff is at epidemic proportions. P4K have a “No Tolerance” policy without exception…refusing to be associated in any way with corruption and underhanded payments of monies, leaving their plans are at a standstill. They are losing Staff and Players on a regular basis.
